Roundtable discussion ‘Career Guidance for Children in the Context of Digital Transformation: Forms and Methods of Preparation for the Professions of the Future’

On 29 October 2024, the Laboratory for Comprehensive Childhood Studies at Vladivostok State University hosted the online roundtable discussion ‘Career Guidance for Children in the Context of Digital Transformation: Forms and Methods of Preparation for the Professions of the Future’. The event brought together specialists from Moscow and Vladivostok involved in career guidance work with school students.
The discussion focused on key issues such as:
- organizing career guidance activities in the context of a digitized society;
- trends in professions of the future;
- specific challenges and nuances of working with various participants in the career guidance process; and
- other relevant aspects of preparing school students for making career choices.
The roundtable served as a platform for sharing experiences and exploring new approaches to career guidance for children in the digital transformation era.
